Any release, indemnification, limitation of liability, or responsibility for third-party claims must be reviewed and approved by a Florida-licensed attorney before inclusion in a customer-facing document.
Note: Signing this agreement does not eliminate all liability for St. Pete Rickshaw. The scope of any release is subject to applicable Florida law and attorney review.

Every adult passenger must complete an individual liability waiver before participating. One person's signature is not sufficient for a group.
Minor Participant / Natural Guardian Release
[TO BE CONFIRMED — FLORIDA ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED]
A separate release must be drafted in accordance with Florida Statute 744.301 before minors may participate. This adult waiver does not cover minor passengers.
Electronic Signatures
Electronic signature validity: Electronic signatures may be legally valid under applicable Florida and federal law (including the Florida Electronic Signature Act and the federal E-SIGN Act) when properly implemented with adequate identity attribution, consent records, timestamps, and document integrity controls.
A secure, dedicated third-party electronic-signature service is the preferred integration for this agreement. Such a service provides reliable identity attribution, consent records, audit trails, signed copies, and document version control. Electronic signing is not yet active on this page.
