Weight and Passenger Restrictions
(280 kg)
The combined weight of the operator, passengers, and belongings must never exceed this limit.
I acknowledge that the number of available seats does not override the vehicle's weight restriction.
I agree to comply with all passenger seating and safety instructions.
Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow applicable safety rules, operating instructions, and lawful directions.
I will not participate in unsafe conduct or knowingly permit operation beyond the vehicle's stated operating restrictions.
If acting as an operator, I agree to comply with all authorized-driver requirements.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Florida law, I voluntarily release St. Pete Rickshaw, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE CONFIRMED], and its owners, employees, and agents from claims for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from participation in the activity, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE RELEASED PARTIES' OWN ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.
This proposed release does not apply to claims that cannot lawfully be waived.
Medical Emergencies
If I am injured, I authorize emergency personnel to provide appropriate medical assistance when necessary.
I understand that I may be responsible for medical expenses incurred in connection with my participation.

I understand that I may decline to participate.
Electronic Signature
Electronic signature validity: Electronic signatures may be legally valid under applicable Florida and federal law (including the Florida Electronic Signature Act and the federal E-SIGN Act) when properly implemented. Certain properly implemented processes — including a typed name or a checkbox accompanied by adequate identity attribution, consent records, timestamps, and document integrity controls — may satisfy applicable legal requirements.
A secure, dedicated third-party electronic-signature service remains the preferred integration for this document. Such a service provides reliable identity attribution, consent records, audit trails, signed copies, and document version control. Electronic signing is not yet active on this page.
